Sibusiso Mlangeni

Senior Associate

Sibusiso started his articles in Pretoria at Macrobert Attorneys Inc (“Macrobert”) in 2014. As a candidate attorney, he worked in the Tax Litigation and Personal Injury departments at Macrobert.

Sibusiso was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 08 March 2016. During 2016, he was appointed as an associate attorney in the Financial Recoveries department at Macrobert.

As an associate, he gained experience in general litigation and debt collection matters, within the context of the National Credit Act, on behalf of major South African banks. His duties involved overseeing the litigation process from issuing of summons and finalising of the matter by way of obtaining judgment or negotiating a settlement.

Sibusiso joined the Litigation department at Tabacks as an Associate on 01 February 2019 where he hopes to further his experience in all aspects of Commercial Litigation.
